Judith Schäffer has joined the lab as a PhD student at DKFZ and is working on how resistance to chemotherapy arises in cancer.

Craig has contributed to a new preprint available on bioRXiv: Explainable machine learning relates histological to genomic pathology.

This work was led by Sarah Aitken and Martin Taylor and aims to use machine learning to predict germline and somatic variation from histology slides.
